Swami Vijayananda Saraswati and Swamini Divyananda Saraswati have been doing decades (40 years!) of selfless service to the South Florida residents from the Adi Shankara Advaita Ashram. In 2005, Bhujangeshwara, the bāṇaliṅga with the huge jaladhari, chose the Ashram as HIS abode under two huge rudraksha trees. The Ashram was incorporated as a non-profit tax exempt corporation in Florida in June, 2013. The same year, Swami Vijayananda Saraswati along with Swamini Divyananda Saraswati founded the “Bhujangeswara Rudraksha Mandir” at this serene location.​​

 

In April 2025, a new management team took over the Adi Shankara Advaita Ashram to continue to noble community work done by Swami Ji and Swamini Ji.
